Cancel Pro
To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Pro remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are processed by Apple and may be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Safety
In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
To report a trip or user, tap ··· on a friend’s trip or profile in the app and select Report Trip or Report User. To report a catalog spot, tap Report an issue on the spot. Anyone, with or without an account, may also report by email to support@planespottingapp.com, with a link to or description of the content and the rule it breaches. Reports are usually reviewed within 24 hours.
To block a user, tap ··· on their profile and select Block User, or add them in Account Settings under Blocked Users.
In Australia, the eSafety Commissioner is the national regulator for online safety. Image-based abuse and illegal or restricted content may be reported to eSafety at any time, and cyberbullying or adult cyber abuse after it has been reported to Planespotting, at esafety.gov.au/report. Complaints about Planespotting’s compliance with the online safety codes and standards may also be made to eSafety. eSafety’s guidance, including for parents, is available at esafety.gov.au.
